Criteria For Nonprofit Membership

Organizational Structure: a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with paid staff

Information and Referral: provide information to clients about available internal and community resources for the nonprofit sector

Training: offer a calendar of workshops and seminars on topics such as board development, fundraising, human resources, strategic planning, marketing, public relations, budgeting, and legal issues.

Formal Consulting: offer a consulting service in which a written contract defines the goals for the consulting project. Staff or volunteer consultants are matched to the specific needs of the nonprofit organization.

Staffing: a minimum of 1.5 paid full-time employees. Executive Directors must have a degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of nonprofit experience.

Criteria For Associate Membership
Any individual, group, or organization in agreement with the nonprofit purposes of the Network.
